Hope

The "H.O.P.E" painted rock caught my eye as I walked by...

The color I could well do without

The sentiment screamed loudly, as if to shout

Standing there enamored, not knowing why

There's something about Hope

The Word -

The Thought -

She now sat like royalty, amongst the finest of friends

The earth as her foundation

serving as the canvas

The plants that delicately are decorated around

protect her like guards at a palace

Hope, many ask -

Can I borrow it?

Can I buy it?

Can I give it?

Can I do it?

Just Do It ~ Hope

To "Stay In The Day" and experience the beauty of catching sight of this little painted rock at a Garden Show somehow inexplicably made my day. I've always loved the name Hope. I guess because it's so uplifting and seems full of sunlight. Just hearing the word brings a smile to my face.

God intended for us to enjoy the everyday little things in life that most of the time we walk right by and miss because we are so deep in thought about the things in life that we can't do anything about. I want more moments in life like my eye catching "Hope" in the midst of the garden.

I am well rewarded when I "Stay In The Day". How about you? ~CC
